# Silent Hammer 1.6.14-beta.1 Verification Notice

Prepared: 2026-10-15.
Status: AUTHORIZED BEST-EFFORT BETA / FUNCTIONAL ACCEPTANCE UNVERIFIED.

## Authorization

The human explicitly authorized publishing 1.6.14-beta.1 to production as a
best-effort beta with the disclosed limitations. This is new, version-specific
publication authority, not a transfer of the prior 1.6.13 exception.

Authorization permits publication only. It does not confer Golden acceptance,
pass missing functional checks, waive runtime/security requirements or authorize
any security-control or execution-policy bypass.

## Publication

Status: PUBLISHED BEST-EFFORT BETA / WEB, API AND WINDOWS SETUP.

The web/API/download publisher completed with exit zero at
2026-10-15T09:23:54Z. Production Vercel deployment
`dpl_6HiY8feJsGQ7PWfePYKnARP4dk8W` is READY and aliased to
`silent-hammer-beta.vercel.app`. Branded build-info identifies 1.6.14-beta.1,
build date 2026-10-15T08:10:02.553Z.

A full public Setup transfer completed at 2026-10-15T09:24:06.5017429Z,
matching exactly 161688454 bytes and SHA-256
`f1283db76ce5dc097fa4800dfe67337d241396cf0dda0a5c0d64b4dfc25dc0ac`.
The downloaded bytes were not executed. Public portable delivery is not
established by its local compilation.

This completion statement covers web, API and Windows Setup only. No
Governance deployment identity or completion is asserted by this notice.
Publication is not Golden, functional, runtime, security or trusted-signing
acceptance; all unverified limitations below remain applicable.

## Replacement Candidate Receipts

Replacement Windows compilation completed at 2026-10-15T08:17:04.785Z.
The local manifest was generated at 2026-10-15T08:18:20.850Z. These replacement
sizes and SHA-256 hashes were independently checked without executing the files:

| Replacement Candidate Artifact | Bytes | SHA-256 |
| --- | ---: | --- |
| `Silent-Hammer-1.6.14-beta.1-x64-Setup.exe` | 161688454 | `f1283db76ce5dc097fa4800dfe67337d241396cf0dda0a5c0d64b4dfc25dc0ac` |
| `Silent-Hammer-1.6.14-beta.1-x64-Portable.exe` | 161468740 | `694b750c40cb24ab6c063dfcdff9c540199ab00e8706264bc14c45f353f788d1` |

Fresh GetAuthenticodeSignature checks report **NotSigned** for replacement
Setup, portable and the unpacked application. No signing certificate is
available and no trusted signature is claimed.

Unsigned-beta static integrity completed at 2026-10-15T08:27:05.169Z, with
33,920/33,920 prerequisite checks passed. This is not trusted signing,
Windows lifecycle or Golden acceptance.

Independent no-follow review closed P2 for the measured replacement unpacked
payload only. All 5,651 manifest-declared files matched exact size/SHA-256,
with zero resource reparse or special entries. The five formerly external
files are ordinary contained files. The backend inventory covered 273 files,
exactly seven public reference datasets and zero forbidden-name matches.
Replacement artifact hashes also matched. Review report SHA-256:
`9f28dd093819313ccbe78368a1862898454034aabc1d80b532ae24913d514640`.

This bounded unpacked-payload and filename review does not certify compressed
archive internals, installed/runtime behavior, native confinement or arbitrary
secret-content absence. These local artifact identities and scoped review do
not establish public-download delivery. No fresh 1.6.14
Windows installation/launch/uninstall or packaged-capture acceptance is claimed.

## Superseded Build And Copy Correction

The initial 07:57:30Z compilation is superseded and must not be distributed.
Its initial sizes and hashes remain retained in the "Silent Hammer 1.6.14
Release" engineering record; they are not the replacement identities above.

Independent review found that the first compiled frontend retained an external
filesystem junction instead of contained dependency bytes. The bounded copy
correction uses dereferencing and a no-op filter to select materializing copy
behavior. Two new regressions cover dereferencing and dependency readability
after the original synthetic target is removed. All 15 focused tests passed.
That source correction alone does not close final-package containment review.

## Source And Gate Evidence

Prepared repairs address compact Earth framing, camera refitting and scrolling;
neutral Social copy without false verified claims; Intel Map symbol, hidden
marker and popup behavior; and sanitized Obsidian failure diagnostics.

The current release's full frontend run passed 314 files / 3,498 tests,
finishing at 2026-10-15T07:48:07.121Z after all compact CSS fixes. The later
desktop copy-helper/test change is covered by the 15 focused tests and
214/214 installer/runtime source contracts. Earlier pre-final-CSS runs are
separate historical evidence, not this current UI-source result.

The post-compilation full release gate nevertheless exited one:
`collisionFree=false` because the retained preliminary same-version output
occupied the default location. The 214 contracts passed before that guard
failed. The whole gate is not PASS; no collision guard was relaxed or
overridden, and no artifact-reuse or overwrite exception is claimed.

Source tests, static integrity, production compilation and isolated stylesheet
previews do not establish native/browser or whole-product acceptance. The
1.6.13 hashes, eight Windows checks, 37 packaged views and public mobile/export
observations remain evidence for that prior version, not new 1.6.14 acceptance.

## Preview Evidence

Replacement preview `dpl_Fsztrh1Z3HHxe1JmhARSSZ6GeHWD` is recorded READY,
with no production target. Retained authenticated HTTP retrieval returned
200 and build-info version 1.6.14-beta.1, build date
2026-10-15T08:10:02.553Z, body SHA-256
`ccd47995cf55b1ef3f619c30b09ebb57439df9c163587bf6ce994ff5b4f959e7`.

The earlier browser observation stopped at SSO login, not application
acceptance. Metadata retrieval does not confer browser or functional
acceptance. This preview is not production publication.

The recorded hosted install banner reported five high vulnerabilities.
That install summary is not a production-only audit, remediation proof or
a clean production dependency receipt.

## Remaining Limitations

- Compiled-candidate browser and phone/mobile interaction, completed exports,
exact evidence provenance/projection and article handoffs remain unverified.
- Native offline-backend confinement and required independent environment
acceptance remain open. No protective execution guard is bypassed.
- Physical GPU performance and sustained 120 FPS on a real 120 Hz display are
unverified. **120 FPS is a target, not a hardware guarantee.**
- Optional provider coverage and service objectives remain incomplete;
degraded application health is not cured by an HTTP 200 response.
- The previously recorded production audit reported zero vulnerabilities;
five high development advisories remain the historical reported count.
No fresh production-only audit or universal security assurance is asserted.
A refused audit execution was not bypassed; the advisory remains unresolved.
- Obsidian CLI indexing remains unconfirmed. The fresh acknowledgement check
finished at 2026-10-15T08:17:08.996Z with ETIMEDOUT, empty CLI streams,
  fileStable=true and exit one. Better diagnostics do not establish indexing;
exact checks and the 15-second timeout remain unchanged.

## Governance Provenance

The existing vault run, synthesis date and 90-check snapshot are historical
vault metadata, not a fresh 1.6.14 acceptance run. Staff/document generation
does not prove Obsidian indexing. Publication authorization does not make
missing checks pass or confer Golden acceptance, full
functionality, trusted signing or security-policy exceptions.
